Services and Worship

Worship lies at the heart of the Christian life. It is through finding God in worship that we are transformed as His people.

At St Stephens our services are centred around the Mass (or Holy Communion) where we participate in the saving grace of Our Lord's death on the cross.

Jesus said to them, ‘Very truly, I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.

John 6: 53

Public worship has now restarted. Numbers at each service will be limited to ensure social distancing.

If you are attending a service at St Stephens then we strongly recommend that you wear a face-covering whilst in church. From 8 August you will be required to wear a face-covering at all times when in church by law.
